Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

The Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer role is an exciting and excellent opportunity for a motivated Engineer to join our team and be part of an exciting period of change and business growth.

The role sits within the Engineering department and is key in supporting the wider manufacturing operation.

We are looking for a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer who will be working in a continuous improvement environment, responsible for the planned maintenance, repair and performance improvement of the manufacturing equipment.

This role is a permanent night shift, working Monday to Friday nights (10.00pm to 6.00am, with some flexibility expected.)

Essential:

• Recognised Multiskilled Maintenance Engineering experience & Qualification
• Good understanding of Health & Safety Regulations
• Recognised experience in Mechanical & Electrical Fault finding
• A working knowledge of PLC & HMI systems
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings
• Basic Health & Safety qualifications and/or able to demonstrate equivalent experience
• Attention to detail
• Collaborative approach to team-working
• Flexible

Desirable:

• Previous food manufacturing experience.
