We have identified a major opportunity to accelerate growth through a strengthened sales structure, as part of this we are more than doubling our sales team, including strengthening our Telesales function where we are now looking for an expert outbound teleseller.

A Unique Telesales Experience: We're looking for a credible B2B professional who combines resilience with a proactive approach to personal success. Experience in outbound Telesales is essential. You should possess a natural talent for communication by phone, with excellent listening and persuasion skills.

This position is homebased.

£25,000 - £30,000  + bonus + company benefits

apetito is the UK’s leading food supplier to the health and social care sectors serving more than 1,300 care homes, health care and education settings.

Our meals are expertly crafted by our dieticians and chefs, and then frozen to lock in the goodness.

Wiltshire Farm Foods, our sister company, is the UK’s largest ready meal supplier cooking and delivering over 330 different delicious frozen ready meals across the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Calling a targeted list of potential partners (prospects)
  • Engaging with potential partners to build trust and rapport.
  • Navigating conversations to connect with decision-makers.
  • Actively listening to understand partners' needs and challenges.
  • Scheduling follow-ups and uncovering key stakeholders.
  • Accurate data entry into our CRM.
  • Arranging appointments for Key Account Managers.
  • Articulating apetito's benefits compellingly.
  • Achieving and surpassing activity targets and performance indicators.

About you

Essential:

  • Previous sales and closing experience in a B2B setting
  • Goal-oriented, with a history of exceeding targets and KPIs.
  • Experience engaging with senior decision makers
  • Exceptional organisational skills – detailed, accurate and reliable
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Sales training
  • Telesales / CRM / call centre experience

  • Resilient and determined – persistent in pursuit of achievement.
  • A team player with great interpersonal skills
  • The ability to persuade and influence effectively at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with a drive for results

This role can either be based from home (high speed broadband required) or from one of our company locations to suit your needs.

Regular travel and overnight stays (fully expensed) will be required during your induction.
