Overview

apetito has been on an exciting journey to embed data at the heart of strategy and the data analytics team is leading the journey.

We have successfully built robust data infrastructure for our UK and North American markets, primarily on Azure cloud platform, which now serves as the foundation for our data-driven decision making.

We continue to enhance and evolve our data capabilities, leveraging modern cloud technologies to unlock the full potential of apetito's rich data assets and identifying new opportunities to deliver superior customer satisfaction and to grow the business.

You be a part of the Data and Analytics team, a fantastic, closely knit team that is working on strategic data infrastructure and data governance projects across our businesses in UK, Ireland, and North American across B2C and B2B businesses.

As a core member of the data analytics team you would work on building robust data pipelines, maintaining data quality standards, and implementing data governance frameworks that enable effective decision making within the organisation. You will also participate in the exploration into the rich data assets apetito has in each market to ensure data reliability, accessibility, and compliance across all business operations.

The role offers you an opportunity to have direct responsibility, from day one, to lead data engineering and governance projects that form the foundation for the business's data strategy. You will work on diverse data platforms across geographies (we support UK, Ireland, and North America) and across B2C and B2B businesses.

You will learn and work on exciting technologies and tools like SQL, Python, Azure Cloud, DataBricks, Azure Data Factory, Apache Spark, Microsoft Purview, PowerBI, and master data management platforms to name a few. You will also hone your skills by applying them to real-life situations, learn, test, and apply emergent technologies and tools and work in a fantastic, closely knit team that is bringing data-centricity to apetito.
