This role is working 40 hours a week any 5 in 6 days.
Our customers are predominantly elderly and rely upon our office teams to take their orders over the phone or via the internet. The ultimate goal is to provide a service to our customers that exceeds expectations while at the same time continuously improving efficiencies.
The cold store runs at a chilly -20 degrees centigrade but don’t worry, protective clothing designed to deal with this temperature will be provided along with breaks to warm up and have a hot drink when necessary.
Reporting to the Driver Supervisor, you are responsible for helping to pack customers frozen orders ready for dispatch in a timely and accurate manner.

This position is working 24 hours per week, any 3 in 6 days including bank holidays.
Our drivers are the face of our business and their interaction with our customers is crucial to our success.
In this role you will be delivering frozen Wiltshire Farm Foods meals and bringing sunshine to our customers doors (no matter what the weather is doing). As such, you will enjoy meeting people and always be willing to go above and beyond what is expected.
Along with this, you will be working within our coldstore that runs at a chilly -20ºc. Protective clothing designed to deal with this temperature will be provided along with breaks to warm up and have a hot drink when necessary.
You will need to work as part of the wider team always looking to help out the office team. We encourage movement between teams to provide flexibility, job satisfaction, personal development and knowledge of the whole business.

The role of the Business Development Executive is a new exciting position which builds connections with Healthcare Professionals, local GPs, local charities, and community groups engaged in supporting the needs of the elderly in the community.
The Business Development Executive will work in consultation with Retail Sales and Operations Managers (RSOM), as well as our Wiltshire Farm Foods Professional division, to devise and implement an agreed plan which delivers 5% order growth and unit growth, through the connections made.
The role covers our Chesterfield and Lincolnshire depot and the surrounding areas and reports directly into the RSOM; however, you will be responsible for managing your time and diary. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintain relationships as their primary responsibility will be to develop relationships with new and existing customers. These relationships will enable you to raise awareness and educate others on the Wiltshire Farm Foods solution, ultimately promoting business growth. We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the enthusiasm to get out in the community.
This position is working 37.5 hours per week, any 5 in 6 days (Monday-Saturday).
There is no typical week as a Business Development Executive which keeps the role exciting and varied, however the expectation is that the successful candidate would be out in the community 4 days a week carrying out the activities listed above. The remaining working day is likely to be based at the depot completing admin tasks, researching prospects, confirming appointments and cold-calling local prospects.

Senior Microsoft Cloud Systems Engineer
The Role and Team
apetito IT is seeking a Senior Microsoft Cloud Systems Engineer who will support the continual operations and improvements of our M365 tenant, including ensuring the effective use of M365 for our customers, and helping the organization follow best practices for M365. The Administrator will act as the subject matter expert (SME) with comprehensive technical knowledge of O365, Microsoft 365, and the applications and services available across the Microsoft cloud platform. This includes a detailed knowledge of the introduction and support issues of the cross- platform applications available in support of the core offerings of the service.
The Senior M365 Cloud Engineer will understand current configurations, policies, and technical components as well as evaluating the strategic approach for deploying services and provide input into M365 service roadmap development. The Senior M365 Cloud Engineer will also perform day-to-day activities in our M365 environment including operations of a hybrid environment, co-management, directory-sync, and reviewing various alerts and messages concerning changes in the platform and how they will impact business unit operations.
This role is based on site 3 days per week at our Head offices in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.

The role and team
The Transport Supervisor is responsible for supporting and leading the Portbury drivers to deliver an excellent transport service by taking ownership and responsibility for allocated transport duties.
You'll run the day to day management of the Portbury transport operation ensuring safety, compliance and service standards for our customers.
Interfacing daily with our drivers, the Transport Supervisor is the key point of contact and champion of employee engagement across our driver network.
The hours are 13:00-22:00 Monday to Friday.

We are seeking a dedicated and commercially astute facilities manager with significant experience in health and safety management within the warehouse and transport sector. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of facility operations, regulatory compliance, and risk assessment methodologies. In this critical operational role, you will spearhead the efficient operation and maintenance of our leased facilities at Portbury, ensuring functionality, safety, and compliance while driving performance optimization through close collaboration with engineering teams, the landlord, and operations colleagues.
Your role will be pivotal in supporting the project team as it navigates the transition into new facilities over the next few years, leading strategic initiatives to enhance cost-efficiency and align with our organization's overarching business objectives. Responsibilities will include coordinating internal cleaning and hygiene teams, managing outsourcing, nurturing supplier relationships, and overseeing contractor management on-site.
Reporting directly to the General Manager alongside key senior operational leads, your contributions will be paramount in shaping the success and sustainability of our operation. You will enjoy the autonomy to implement innovative ideas, make impactful decisions, and lead a small dedicated team toward achieving operational excellence in our distinctive and demanding facility setting.

The role sits within the Engineering department and is key in supporting the wider manufacturing operation.
We are looking for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer who will be working in a continuous improvement environment, responsible for the planned maintenance, repair and performance improvement of the manufacturing equipment.

The role of our Customer Services Advisor is critical to the success of our business.
Our customers are predominantly elderly and rely upon our office teams to take their orders over the phone or via the internet.
The defining characteristics of our Customer Services Advisors are that they’re organised and efficient. However, apart from the technical skills that are required with the role, the most important attributes are that we demonstrate empathy, patience, kindness, friendliness, care and warmth to all our customers.
The role involves the taking of customer orders and also the making of outbound courtesy calls.
These calls are particularly important as many customers live alone and the phone calls they receive are often the only contact they may have in a single day. As such, many customers become very attached to their “friends” at Wiltshire Farm Foods.
Wiltshire Farm Foods supplies frozen meal solutions direct to the consumer. We have a cold store to accommodate the stock necessary to be able to be able to deliver to our customers each week.

As a senior member of the NDC Management Team, the successful candidate will report to the NDC Distribution Operations Manager. Along with this, you will be working within our coldstore that runs at a chilly -20ºc. Protective clothing designed to deal with this temperature will be provided along with breaks to warm up and have a hot drink when necessary.
